Shipping Information
All our mats are made to order. We process orders every day, including weekends.
Most orders are ready for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received.
Please note: courier pickup is available Monday to Friday only, so shipments prepared over the weekend are handed off on Monday.

We offer free standard shipping to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland:

European Union - 1-5 business days

United Kingdom - 1-3 business days

Switzerland - 1-3 business days

Free shipping is included with every order - no minimums, no extra fees.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you spot an error, contact us immediately — we may still be able to correct it before dispatch.

For customers in the United Kingdom, and Switzerland: import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws. These charges are not collected or controlled by us and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if something isn’t right.

Returns are accepted if:

• The item is unused

• In original condition

• In undamaged original packaging

Custom-size orders are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll send a free replacement — no questions asked.

To speed up the process, please provide:

• Your order number

• A clear photo showing the issue

Custom Orders Policy
Custom-size mats are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return — unless we made a mistake.
If we got the size, color, or item wrong, we’ll make it right.
